Reconstruction Project Manager
About The Position
Gurr Brothers is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead insurance-related rebuilds. This role involves managing schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites. You will review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, track change orders and supplements to maximize profitability, and enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners. Gurr Brothers is a rapidly expanding national organization offering guaranteed project flow and uncapped earning potential.
Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
- Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
