About The Position
This role involves managing insurance-related rebuilds for a rapidly expanding national organization. The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating subcontractors, executing approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders, and ensuring quality workmanship and safety on multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites. The position offers a competitive base salary with project-based commission, uncapped earning potential, and clear career pathing into regional management.
Requirements
- 2 to 5+ years of PM experience specifically in insurance restoration, reconstruction, or residential building.
- Proven track record managing multiple active residential rebuild lines simultaneously.
- Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
Nice To Haves
- Familiarity with carrier milestones and an established local subcontractor/trade network.
Responsibilities
- Manage schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites.
- Review and execute approved insurance repair scopes, tracking change orders and supplements to maximize profitability.
- Enforce quality workmanship and safety while maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.
