About The Position

Gurr Brothers is seeking a Reconstruction Project Manager to lead insurance-related fire-loss and complex reconstruction projects. This role involves managing schedules, trade activity, and workflows across multiple active residential/light commercial rebuild sites. You will review and execute approved insurance fire-repair scopes, coordinating structural repairs, code upgrades, change orders, and supplements while protecting project profitability. The role also includes enforcing quality workmanship and safety, and maintaining proactive, empathetic communication with property owners.

Requirements

2 to 5+ years of project management experience, including substantial direct experience managing insurance-funded fire restoration and reconstruction projects from initial scope through final close-out.
Proven track record managing multiple active fire-loss and residential reconstruction projects simultaneously, including subcontractor coordination, quality control, homeowner communication, and insurance documentation.
Valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and reliable field vehicle (Truck preferred).
