About The Position

United Water Restoration Group is hiring a full-time Reconstruction Project Manager / Estimator in Jacksonville. The company provides water, fire, and mold remediation and reconstruction services. The role manages reconstruction projects from initial inspection through final payment, including scoping and estimating repairs, closing new business, managing quality and profitability, and communicating with homeowners, adjusters, and subcontractors. The stated compensation is $75,000–$80,000, with the commission structure to be discussed during the interview process.

Requirements

Experience in reconstruction project management and/or estimating.
Familiarity with insurance claims, adjusters, and TPA programs.
Strong negotiation, sales, and communication skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and comfortable managing several projects at once.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Nice To Haves

Experience in water, fire, or mold restoration is preferred.
Proficiency with Xactimate is preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform initial inspections and scope repairs.
Maintain clear, consistent communication with prospects throughout the sales process.
Achieve a 50% closing rate on all new leads.
Keep KPIs current and aligned with company, TPA, and strategic partner standards and procedures.
Maintain project quality while achieving a 40% gross profit margin.
Negotiate with adjusters, homeowners, subcontractors, and other involved parties.
Maintain customer satisfaction from project start to finish.
Attend weekly jobs-in-progress meetings.
Assist with collections to reach an average payment-in-full of 45 days or better.
Manage reconstruction projects from initial inspection through final payment.
