About The Position
DRYmedic® Restoration Services is seeking a positive, detail-oriented, and reliable Reconstruction Estimator. This role involves creating and managing estimates for disaster restoration projects using industry-leading software and techniques.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in recon construction and/or mitigation such as water and fire; Mold is a plus.
- 2+ years' experience in Xactimate
- IICRC certified.
- Valid driver’s license.
Nice To Haves
- Mold experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Creating estimates in Xactimate.
- Performing and revising audits per insurance guidelines.
- Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
- Managing and organizing documentation.
- Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
- Communication with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the execution of projects.
