About The Position
DRYmedic® Restoration Services is currently seeking a Reconstruction Estimator. We are looking to hire a positive candidate who is detail-oriented and reliable. DRYmedic® Restoration Services is a team of experienced disaster restoration professionals. Our technicians use industry-leading equipment and trusted techniques to restore your property after water, fire, mold, or asbestos damage. Our number one priority is to quickly bring your property back to its original condition.
Requirements
- 2+ years’ experience in recon construction and/or mitigation such as water and fire; Mold is a plus.
- 2+ years' experience in Xactimate
- IICRC certified.
- Valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities
- Creating estimates in Xactimate.
- Performing and revising audits per insurance guidelines.
- Write your own scopes and manage within schedule/budget in Xactimate.
- Managing and organizing documentation.
- Build and comply with Dash software to create Xactimate estimates.
- Communication with adjusters to finalize agreements on estimates.
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/partners for the execution of projects.
