As a Reconditioning Technician, you are the artist who transforms a used vehicle or fresh trade-in into a "like-new," showroom-ready masterpiece. You will inspect & evaluate: Perform thorough interior and exterior inspections of used inventory to determine necessary reconditioning and detailing needs. Master the details: Execute high-quality detailing services, including professional washing, vacuuming, carpet extraction, paint correction/buffing, and interior conditioning. Execute minor repairs: Perform minor reconditioning touches such as headlight restoration, paint touch-ups, or basic part replacements as needed. Maintain quality control: Complete digital reconditioning checklists to ensure every single vehicle meets rigorous Hunter Auto Group standards before it hits the lot. Work safe & clean: Keep shop equipment, chemicals, and wash bays organized, clean, and operating safely in accordance with safety guidelines.
