About The Position

This position is responsible for the repair, replacement, and restoration of various automotive parts. The technician is expected to meet management's benchmarks for sales per repair order, gross profit, and repairs per day. Key aspects of the role include demonstrating resourcefulness, communicating with dealerships about repair status, ensuring proper vehicle protection procedures are followed, and maintaining a clean work area. The role also involves using a personal device for multi-factor authentication for network and site access, adhering to safety precautions, and reporting any accidents immediately. Additional duties may be assigned.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license without restrictions that affects your ability to operate company owned vehicle(s)
• Ability to maintain a clean driving record
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions and warning labels
• Ability to work well with a range of individuals
• Ability to prioritize multiple jobs
• Ability to clearly communicate with customers and coworkers alike to ensure an excellent customer experience
• Ability to work independently and/or as part of a team
• Ability to effectively respond to inbound and outbound phone calls
• Strong attention to detail, professional demeanor, and a positive ‘can do’ attitude
• Must be able to pass a drug/alcohol urinalysis
• Must be able to drive a vehicle

Nice To Haves

• Preferred High School Education or equivalent
• Preferred completion of Vocational Program or two years auto repair experience

Responsibilities

• Repair, replacement, and restoration of various automotive parts daily
• Meet management’s benchmarks for sales per repair order, gross profit, repairs per day
• Demonstrate resourcefulness and ability to take initiative in development and completion of projects
• Communicate with dealerships regarding status of repairs
• Ensure that procedures are followed to properly protect vehicles
• Maintain good housekeeping of work area
• Uses personal device to provide an additional layer of security for company network and site access through multi-factor authentication.
• Follow safety precautions specific to work area and immediately report any-and-all accidents to a manager/supervisor
• Perform additional duties as assigned
