About The Position

The RAD Support Technician plays a key role in supporting both the RAD and Sales departments with daily operations. This position ensures the dealership lot and RAD areas remain clean, organized, and operating efficiently while assisting with vehicle logistics and general support tasks.

Requirements

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
Ability to drive both automatic and manual vehicles (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and organization
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong work ethic with a willingness to help wherever needed
Ability to lift and move equipment/materials as required

Responsibilities

Follow and adhere to all Apple Autos Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), including: Quality standards, Safety protocols, Housekeeping expectations, Security practices
Maintain overall lot appearance, ensuring vehicles are properly parked, clean, and presentable at all times
RAD housekeeping, including: Garbage removal, Disposal and organization of used tires and batteries, Supporting car wash operations, Completing general cleanup and upkeep tasks
Assist with vehicle transportation, including delivering vehicles to vendors and between locations to support RAD and Sales operations
Provide additional operational support as needed to ensure smooth daily workflow
Regularly required to: Sit, stand and walk, Use hands and arms to handle, feel, or reach, Speak and hear, Use close vision abilities, Operate a vehicle with a valid driver’s license
Occasionally, required to: Lift or move up to 50 lbs, Stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
