About The Position
Crowley Auto Group is seeking a motivated, skilled Used Vehicle Reconditioning Technician for its growing service department in Bristol, Connecticut. The role involves inspecting and reconditioning used vehicles and diagnosing mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and appliance systems while providing exceptional customer service. The listed pay range is $25.00–$40.00 per hour, based on experience, certifications, and qualifications. Requirements
- Ability to diagnose electrical and mechanical issues.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Nice To Haves
- Auto technician experience is preferred.
- Experience repairing automotive, truck, or construction equipment will be considered.
Responsibilities
- Complete detailed inspections of used vehicles in accordance with reconditioning programs and Pre-Owned Vehicle guidelines.
- Complete all required documentation.
- Perform maintenance and repair work efficiently and accurately.
- Document repairs, parts usage, and labor operations.
- Follow manufacturer, safety, and dealership procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Communicate repair status and recommendations effectively with service advisors and management.
