About The Position
East Intermediate is looking for a Recess Aide to join their team. This role will support 4th–6th graders during recess, helping them to be active, resolve conflicts, and have positive experiences during their break time.
Requirements
- Ability to manage and supervise groups of 4th–6th graders during recess.
- Skills in conflict resolution for playground disputes.
- Energetic and engaging demeanor.
Responsibilities
- Referee high-stakes four-square games
- Resolve friendly playground debates
- Bring big energy to mid-day break time
- Help students stretch their legs, blow off steam, and make great memories during recess
