Requirements
- Excellent customer service experience
- Outgoing and pleasant personality
- Must be a people person
- Demonstrates familiarity with word processing programs and spreadsheets
- Demonstrates strong customer service and phone skills
- Pays close attention to detail
- Communicates information clearly and effectively
- Works well with a team
- Able to multitask efficiently
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing to include background checks, MVR, and drug screen.
Responsibilities
- Take charge of the front desk.
- Engage with guests, ensuring they are always treated in a cordial, respectful manner in a way that represents the brand image.
- Responsible for answering, screening, and directing incoming phone calls.
