The Receptionist will be responsible for answering multi-line telephones, correctly routing calls, making coffee for break rooms, and other duties as required. This role requires exceptional interpersonal communication and customer service skills, the ability to communicate effectively via email, orally and in written form, and multi-tasking ability. The ideal candidate works well in a fast-paced environment and has excellent attention to detail. Intermediate computer skills (Mac and/or PC) and proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint are necessary. The ability to follow instructions and procedures, along with experience sorting/distributing, sending, receiving/logging mail and packages, including sensitive and urgent materials, is also required. Bilingual skills are preferred but not required. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with recent customer service and/or sales experience. Experience working with mortgage loans is preferred. This job may require frequent sitting or standing for long periods of time. The physical demands include the ability to lift up to ten pounds, stand or sit for prolonged periods, occasionally stoop, bend, kneel, crouch, reach, and twist, and lift, carry, push, and/or pull light to moderate amounts of weight. The role requires the ability to operate office equipment, including a keyboard, and to verbally communicate to exchange information. Vision and hearing must be within the normal range with or without correction. The company is an EOE/M/F/D/V and a drug-free workplace. Work authorization in the U.S. must be verifiable.
