About The Position

The Receptionist at our dealership is the face and the voice of our store, the very first impression. It is important we have the right person in the seat at all times of the day. This is a position that offers a lot of growth and potential for promotion within the company. Our ideal Receptionist would be continuously smiling, multi-tasking, speaking with customers over the phone and in person, and still smiling. This person needs the ability to adapt to changes in duties and pace in an instant! Customers of the dealership are the receptionists number one priority. They need to be able to relay that to each customer with the utmost respect and be proud to represent the Continental Automotive Group. With a high average tenure and a family-like staff, that will be the easiest part of the job! Candidates must have a friendly, outgoing disposition and be very organized.

Requirements

  • Needs to be a multi-tasker and team player
  • Must have held a valid driver's license for at least 1 year
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered

Responsibilities

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls
  • Providing basic information when needed
  • Stocking New Units
  • Handling Dealer Trade Pick Ups and Drop Offs
  • Working with accounting to assist with contacting customers regarding their registration stickers
  • Coordinate fleet pickups and paperwork
  • Greeting customers
  • Data entry
  • Light filing
