Responsibilities

Welcome every guest with energy, warmth, and genuine enthusiasm
Confidently guide visitors to the right team members, smoothly deflecting questions when needed
Keep our team informed of arrivals and ensure seamless communication
Own the phones and telecommunications system with professionalism and poise
Jump in to support invoicing, and file organization with accuracy and care
Coordinate rentals and shuttle rides to keep everything moving efficiently
Pitch in wherever needed to support team
