About The Position

Freeway Toyota of Gilroy is part of Victory Automotive Group, a family owned and operated company since 1997 with over 50 locations across the United States. We are seeking a motivated and professional Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for customers and visitors, managing incoming calls and inquiries, coordinating appointments, and providing administrative support to the Sales department.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Previous experience in administrative, clerical, call center, or customer service roles
Strong organizational and time management skills
Proficient with computers, internet, and Microsoft Office applications
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Professional appearance and dependable work ethic

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of the automotive industry is a plus
Experience with dealership systems such as Reynolds and Reynolds is an advantage

Responsibilities

Answer incoming sales and service calls, and greet visitors with a friendly and helpful attitude
Schedule, confirm, and follow up on sales and service appointments
Coordinate inquiries with appropriate departments to resolve questions and issues
Track sold vehicles and maintain hot sheets
Confirm special order parts and assist with sales lead follow-up by phone and internet
Manage paperwork and prepare required documentation including forms and reports
Provide general administrative assistance to the Sales department as needed
Perform other related duties as assigned
