About The Position

The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper (RVCH) is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join their team. RVCH follows a renowned approach to addiction recovery, combining evidence-based treatment with holistic programming. The facility offers a full continuum of care and a Weekly Recovery Compass program. RVCH is conveniently located in Cherry Hill, NJ, near the Delaware River and Philadelphia International Airport.

Requirements

• Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
• At least one (1) year in a professional office setting.

Nice To Haves

• Higher Education in a business-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manages the telephone systems, retrieves messages from voicemail, and takes messages for staff.
• Greets visitors and clients in a professional manner.
• Maintains the visitor and employee sign-in/sign-out logs, ensuring visitors are given and return "Visitor" badges.
• Maintains and orders office supplies for every department.
• Maintains a professional atmosphere both on the telephone and in the waiting area.
• Knows the whereabouts of staff on a continuous basis.
• Maintains a filing system for various company functions.
• Assists with projects from other departments, as necessary.
• Attends staff meetings, when necessary.
• Maintains confidentiality pertaining to clients and families.
• Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.
