About The Position

The Recovery Village Cherry Hill at Cooper (RVCH) is seeking a dynamic Receptionist to join their team. RVCH is dedicated to addiction recovery, combining evidence-based treatment with holistic programming. This 90-bed facility offers a full continuum of care and is located in Cherry Hill, NJ. The Receptionist will manage telephone systems, retrieve messages, and perform other assigned tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Minimum high school diploma or equivalent
At least one (1) year in a professional office setting

Nice To Haves

Higher Education in a business-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Manages the telephone systems, retrieves messages from voicemail, and takes messages for staff.
Greets visitors and clients in a professional manner.
Maintains the visitor and employee sign-in/sign-out logs.
Ensures all visitors are given a “Visitor” badge and that they return it.
Maintains and orders office supplies for every department.
Maintains a professional atmosphere both on the telephone and in the waiting area.
Knows the whereabouts of staff on a continuous basis.
Maintains a filing system for various company functions.
Assists with projects from other departments, as necessary.
Attends staff meetings, when necessary.
Maintains confidentiality pertaining to clients and families.
Adheres to all company policies and procedures.
Performs other duties as assigned.
