About The Position

Five Star Ford Lewisville is looking for a friendly, professional, and dependable Part-Time Receptionist to join our team. As the first point of contact for many of our customers, you will play an important role in creating a welcoming and positive dealership experience.

Requirements

Previous receptionist, customer service, preferred.
Professional, friendly, and positive attitude.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask in a busy dealership environment.
Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented.
Ability to provide an exceptional customer experience from the moment customers walk through the door.
Clean driving record & valid driver’s license
Willing to submit to a background check and drug screen prior to employment

Nice To Haves

Automotive dealership experience is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

Greet customers and visitors promptly and professionally.
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls.
Assist customers with general questions and connect them with the appropriate department or team member.
Take accurate messages and ensure timely follow-up.
Assist with directing customers to the Sales, Service, Parts, and Finance departments.
Help maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception area.
Assist with basic administrative and clerical duties.
Provide excellent customer service throughout every interaction.
Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling customer information.
Support the dealership team with additional administrative tasks as needed.
