About The Position

Luxury Collection is looking for a Luxury Receptionist to join their team of dynamic professionals. The Receptionist at Luxury Collection receives guests at the dealership, determines the nature of their business and directs them to their Sales Professional. This role also answers basic inquiries, routes incoming calls, takes messages and provides basic information to all callers.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills including active listening.

Responsibilities

• Provide courteous, prompt and accurate telephone answering service for all dealership personnel.
• Handle telephone transactions quickly, and courteously over a multi-line phone system.
• Welcome customers to the dealership and provide assistance to them providing information, recording messages or forwarding calls.
• Greet internal and external customers immediately, in a courteous and friendly manner.
• Provide high quality assistance to office personnel to ensure a smooth running and productive office environment.
