About The Position
Gable Pines, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a Receptionist to join our growing team! Gable Pines, located in Vadnais Heights, brings an entirely new dimension to senior living in the Roseville/White Bear Lake area. We help seniors Age Magnificently in our gorgeous 123-unit, apartment style community providing Assisted Living, Independent Living, and Memory Care services. Join our team today! Shifts Available: Full-Time Wage: $17.50-$22.50 per hour Are you compassionate towards others? Are you passionate about enriching the lives of others? Requirements
- Must be able to relate professionally, positively, and cooperatively with residents, resident’s families, and employees.
- Must possess advanced computer skills.
Nice To Haves
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Related administrative experience at a level necessary to accomplish the job is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Create a welcoming environment by greeting all residents, tenants, visitors and staff.
- Guide and direct guests, tenants, and residents to appropriate rooms as needed.
- Answer multiple line telephones in a polite, professional manner.
- Assist with typing, filing, ancillary input, payroll and distribution of mail, accounts payable and personnel files.
- Assist with the business office functions including administrative support.
