About The Position

Arrow Senior Living is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to be the "First Face" of the community at The Wildwood Senior Living. As the initial point of contact for visitors, you will serve as a welcoming host, providing exceptional customer service. You will also act as a "Go-To Guide" by answering questions from residents, vendors, guests, and employees, and serve as an "Exceptional Assistant" to the administrative team by completing assigned tasks and ensuring timely, professional phone call handling.

Requirements

  • At least eighteen (18) years of age.
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Clear verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to follow written and verbal directions and apply practical problem-solving skills.
  • Positive and energetic attitude.
  • Professional appearance and conduct.
  • Ability to frequently lift and/or move items up to 25 pounds.
  • Must be criminally cleared.
  • In good health and physically and mentally capable of performing assigned tasks.
  • Health screening performed by a physician not more than six (6) months prior to or seven (7) days following employment.
  • Must test free from pulmonary tuberculosis at time of health screening.
  • Position requires standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and stooping most of the day.
  • Sedentary periods of one to three hours are also required.
  • Ability to retrieve items from storage, including overhead bins or cabinets.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the welcoming host and "First Face" of the community, providing exceptional customer service.
  • Answer or help find answers to questions from residents, vendors, guests, or employees via in-person, telephone, or other means.
  • Assist the administrative team in completing assigned tasks.
  • Ensure phone calls are answered in a timely and professional manner.
