As one of Oklahoma's largest credit unions, we're looking for a personable Receptionist to connect with our members and visitors by answering calls, providing assistance and handling incoming correspondence.

Requirements

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to work cooperatively and courteously with members and co-workers.
Ability to read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence, and memos.
Ability to write simple correspondence.
Attention to detail with a focus on accuracy is a must.
Ability to organize and prioritize duties to perform job functions in a timely manner.
Project a professional image in speech and appearance for public contact.
At least 1 year related experience in office setting, financial institution preferred.
HS Diploma or General Education Degree (GED).
Combination of education, training, experience to perform essential functions required.

Nice To Haves

Some college preferred.

Responsibilities

Answer switchboard calls and routes to appropriate party.
Greet visitors, determines their purpose and relays to proper individual.
Prepare/assemble mailings, sort incoming mail for distribution and manage delivery of packages/items received.
Produce and mail various credit union related letters.
