About The Position

This is a part-time receptionist position responsible for various administrative and reception duties. The role involves managing incoming calls, greeting visitors, handling mail and shipments, and assisting with miscellaneous office tasks. The ideal candidate will have a professional demeanor, excellent communication skills, and be proficient in computer applications.

Requirements

  • High School Diploma
  • 3-5 years professional office experience
  • 3-5 years of human resources experience
  • Telephone skills/PBX
  • Computer proficient - MS Office (especially Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Computer savvy in various software applications including the Internet
  • Must be able to look at computer screen for several hours at a time
  • Ability to set and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Answers telephone
  • Greets visitors
  • Ensures all visitors sign in and out and receive the appropriate credentials (badge) and/or escort to enter the facility
  • Sorts and Distributes incoming mail
  • Stamps (meter) and sends outgoing mail
  • Prepares UPS and FedEx mailings both in the computer and physically packaging/labeling container(s)
  • Maintain Corporate Office Library
  • Assist E3 as needed
  • Assist Corporate Safety Deptartment with STOP card tracking
  • Receive and unreceive PO's
  • Audit UPS and FedEX charges
