Requirements

Multiline phone experience
A welcoming, friendly demeanor
Strong organizational skills
Ability to assist with AP as needed (training provided)
Compassion for a vulnerable population

Responsibilities

Act as gatekeeper for the facility, ensuring a comfortable homelike environment for our residents.
Answer phones.
Sign in visitors.
Screen calls/ visitors for the Administrator.
Assist with HR/ Business Office duties as needed.
Work under supervision of our Business Office Manager to ensure compliance with current state, federal, and local standards.
