About The Position

This role operates in a clerical office setting and is responsible for greeting visitors, fielding housing inquiry calls, transferring calls, and taking messages. The receptionist will also field issues, close maintenance requests, distribute mail and faxes, answer waiting list questions, update forms, and assist office staff with projects. The position requires exceptional organization, oral, and written communication skills, proficiency in Word, Excel, and Outlook, and the ability to handle multiple tasks with professional flexibility. Customer service experience in a hospitality or customer-facing industry is required. The employee must adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Requirements
