About The Position

SA Recycling is looking for a professional and welcoming Receptionist to join our team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our company. You will provide stellar customer service to guests, handle incoming communications, and support our daily office operations. The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and sharp attention to detail.

Requirements

  • 1+ years of experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) or Google Workspace.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a professional demeanor.
  • Strong organizational skills to manage phone lines and visitors simultaneously.
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to handle front-office tasks with minimal supervision.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome clients, vendors, and guests warmly upon arrival.
  • Answer, screen, and route incoming calls; manage the main company inbox.
  • Sort, distribute, and track daily mail, courier packages, and incoming shipments.
  • Assist teams with scanning, filing, data entry, and document prep.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings, calendar invites, and guest arrivals.
  • Keep the reception area clean, organized, and stocked with necessary supplies.
