About The Position

Responsible for answering and directing incoming phone calls. Assists with filing, reconciling phone calls, keeping call logs updated, taking messages and communicating efficiently to staff, and assisting with other duties when needed. The position requires regular and predictable attendance, and scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and some holidays. Duties are performed primarily at a desk in an office setting and include frequent clerical and administrative responsibilities and interaction with customers, managers, and employees.

Requirements

  • Previous Customer Service or administrative experience in a high volume environment desired.
  • Strong organizational skills and interpersonal skills required.
  • Basic computer skills to utilize the timekeeping system.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Products.
  • Ability to understand and follow instructions.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers and company personnel.
  • The position requires regular and predictable attendance.
  • Scheduled shifts may include evening hours, weekends, and some holidays.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
  • The employee is regularly required to sit; use hands to finger, handle, or feel.
  • Ability to read and comprehend instructions, correspondence, and memos.
  • Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide.

Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming calls in a courteous and professional manner.

  • Greets customers as they enter the dealership showroom.
  • Directs customers to the appropriate department or person.
  • Maintains CSI at or above company standards.
  • Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
  • Participates in required training.
  • Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
  • Follows Safeguards rules and regulations.
  • Demonstrates the Company’s Core Values.
  • Complies with Company policies and procedures.
  • Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.

Benefits

  • Base Hourly Compensation of between $21.00
