About The Position

The Operations team supports the day-to-day workplace experience and helps employees, visitors, candidates, vendors, and guests move through the office smoothly and professionally. This role owns the front desk and provides practical support across reception, meetings, supplies, shipping, and general office needs. We are looking for a friendly, organized, and dependable Receptionist to be the first point of contact for employees, visitors, candidates, and guests at our office. This person will create a welcoming and professional experience for everyone who walks through our doors and help keep the office running smoothly day to day. The ideal person is proactive, attentive, and comfortable interacting with a wide range of people. You notice the little things, take initiative, and are equally comfortable welcoming an important guest, enforcing a visitor policy, or jumping into an office task that needs to get done.

  • Strong organization, attention to detail, follow-through, and ability to prioritize interruptions and switch tasks quickly.
  • Sound judgment, discretion, and situational awareness, particularly around visitors and facility access.
  • Ability to enforce visitor and access policies in a friendly but firm manner.
  • Comfort with everyday workplace technology, including email, calendars, spreadsheets, office equipment, shipping systems, and visitor-management tools.
