About The Position
Bergstrom Appleton Audi is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. Bergstrom Automotive is Wisconsin's largest dealership, known for exceptional guest experiences and fostering team member growth. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about service and career development. The Receptionist will be responsible for greeting guests, managing phone calls, providing administrative support, maintaining the front desk area, and coordinating with various departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude.

Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area. Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
