About The Position

A reliable and customer-focused Part-Time Receptionist with excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills. Responsible for greeting visitors, answering and directing incoming phone calls, responding to inquiries, scheduling appointments, and providing exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment. Experienced in performing a variety of administrative duties, including managing calendars, handling incoming and outgoing mail, maintaining accurate records, filing documents, processing data entry, and assisting with office correspondence. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, email systems, and office equipment such as multi-line phone systems, printers, scanners, and copiers. Skilled at prioritizing tasks, coordinating with team members, maintaining confidentiality, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the reception area. Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while demonstrating professionalism, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality administrative and customer support on a part-time schedule.
