About The Position

We’re seeking a professional, detail-oriented Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced, team environment. In this front-line role, you’ll greet visitors, manage phones and scheduling, support day-to-day office operations, and help keep client documentation organized and accurate. This is Part-Time position working 20 hours a week in-office located in Endicott, NY. Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist visitors and clients; maintain a welcoming reception area
  • Answer, screen, and transfer phone calls professionally
  • Schedule meetings and support office calendars as needed
  • Process, scan, and organize documents; assist with maintaining client files
  • Respond to and resolve routine administrative questions
  • Order and stock office supplies
  • Support office policies and administrative processes to meet business objectives
  • Perform other duties as assigned
