Responsibilities

Answer and direct incoming calls
Greet customers and assist visitors as they enter the dealership
Support management with daily administrative tasks
Assist the accounting office with filing, scanning important documents, and general office duties
Assist with mailing statements and other administrative tasks as needed
Maintain a professional and welcoming front desk environment
