About The Position

On-site Front Desk Receptionist, floating shifts. Every other weekend and rotating holidays. GENERAL OVERVIEW: Provides front desk support for the facility. Provides a first impression for all who visit of extraordinary customer service. Answers phones, greets visitors, distributes mail, copies and faxes, signs for packages and various general administrative duties.

Requirements

  • Minimum High school diploma or GED; or one – three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Excellent customer service and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with various computer software programs.
  • 0-1 years’ experience.

Responsibilities

  • Operates telephone to answer, screen and/or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
  • Greets persons entering facility, determines nature and purpose of visit, and directs or escorts them to specific destinations.
  • Performs administrative support tasks, such as filing, maintaining records and information/document transmission.
  • Collects, sorts, distributes and prepares incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Provides information about establishment, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
