Requirements

  • High School Graduate general studies or 1-3 years At least 1 year of combined experience in reception, or customer service , upon hire
  • Driver's License: NM, upon hire

Nice To Haves

  • 1-3 years Experience working in a behavioral health setting, upon hire

Responsibilities

  • Greet and check in all visitors, clients, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Answer incoming phone calls, take messages, and direct calls to the appropriate parties.
  • Maintain a daily visitor log and monitor sign-in/sign-out procedures.
  • Provide basic information about the program and direct individuals to appropriate contacts.
  • Handle light clerical tasks including filing, copying, scanning, and data entry.
  • Ensure the reception area is always clean, organized, and welcoming.
