About The Position

Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center is looking for a receptionist with prior experience to join their team. This is a 146-bed facility with a home-like environment and a new 30-bed rehab wing, offering a family-oriented atmosphere. The ideal candidate will create a great first impression, interact professionally with various disciplines, possess exceptional organizational skills, be flexible, capable of learning new tasks, initiating projects independently, and providing excellent customer service while multitasking and responding to customer needs.

Requirements

1 to 2 years prior experience performing receptionist duties in a professional setting.
Must be able to provide excellent customer service while multitasking numerous calls and responding to the needs of customers visiting our healthcare center.
Must be good with setting appointments, and flexible with duties and time.

Nice To Haves

Healthcare experience preferred.
