About The Position

Springfield Rehabilitation and HealthCare Center is looking for a receptionist with prior experience to join their team. They are a 146-bed facility with a home-like environment and a new 30-bed rehab wing, offering a family-oriented atmosphere. The ideal candidate will create a great first impression, interact professionally with various disciplines, possess exceptional organizational skills, be flexible, able to learn new tasks, initiate projects independently, and provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking numerous calls and responding to customer needs.

Requirements

• 1 to 2 years prior experience performing receptionist duties in a professional setting.
• Must be able to provide excellent customer service while multi-tasking numerous calls and responding to the needs of customers visiting our healthcare center.
• Must be good with setting appointments.
• Must be flexible with duties and time.

Nice To Haves

• Healthcare experience preferred.
