Responsibilities
- Answering and directing incoming calls
- Greeting visitors at the front desk and advising appropriate personnel of their arrival
- Sending and receiving all mail
- Maintain and publish phone lists as changes occur
- Support departments in clerical assignments
- Other duties as assigned
