They will display an energetic, friendly, and approachable demeanor at all times.

Requirements

  • High School diploma required
  • 2 years’ experience in a corporate receptionist role preferred.
  • Possess exceptional attention to detail and strong communication skills (both written and verbal)

Responsibilities

  • Providing a warm welcome to visitors and employees with a 5-star approach
  • Registering visitors and contact hosts upon arrival
  • Escorting visitors to the Client Floor, personalizing the interaction along the way
  • Offer warm and welcoming communication by phone, to our internal and external guests and assist with any special requests and will provide the highest level of customer care
  • Handling simple meeting room bookings, utilizing the reservation system, and focusing on the strategic assignment of meeting space to maximize utilization.
  • Take phone, online and walk-up reservations, answering inquiries about services, availability, and pricing, and maintaining accurate records of all bookings.
  • Manage calls, field questions and respond to customers thoughtfully and independently. Exercise good judgment and a strong intuition to anticipate the needs of each customer.
  • Gaining an understanding of the client culture, key areas of activity and creating “transparency” by serving as an extension of the client
  • Having a thorough understanding of the Firm’s emergency procedures and being prepared to carry out designated tasks in the event of a fire or other emergency
