About The Position

The Healthcare Resort of Topeka is seeking a Receptionist to join their team. This role is the first point of contact for the company, performing a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. The Receptionist will offer administrative support across the organization, welcome guests, greet visitors, coordinate front-desk activities, distribute correspondence, and redirect phone calls. This position requires a pleasant personality, as it is also a customer service role. The ideal candidate will be able to handle emergencies effectively and streamline office operations. Multitasking and stress management skills are essential. This role may require working in shifts, so flexibility is a plus. The primary goal is to ensure the front desk welcomes guests positively and executes all administrative tasks to the highest quality standards.

Requirements

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist.
  • Hands-on experience with office equipment (e.g. fax machines and printers).
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
  • Solid written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Customer service attitude.
