This role involves greeting patients, managing appointments, handling phone calls, processing patient check-ins and check-outs, maintaining patient records, and ensuring smooth administrative operations within a medical practice. The receptionist will also be responsible for preparing necessary forms, coordinating referrals, and maintaining patient confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations. The ability to float to other MACC practices may be required.
