About The Position

PathAdvantage is looking for a motivated and energetic Receptionist/ Administrative assistant to join our growing team! The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant is responsible for answering telephone calls and will provide administrative support across the organization. The Receptionist/ Administrative Assistant will handle the flow of phone calls through the business and ensures that all receptionist/ administration assistant responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality and in a timely manner. This position can evolve into a Supervisory role.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Answers all incoming calls in a timely (within three rings) and professional manner demonstrating appropriate customer service.
  • Directs incoming calls appropriately while maintaining confidentiality; taking messages and relaying them in a timely manner; and demonstrating appropriate customer services with both internal and external customers.
  • Provide appropriate information to callers.
  • Adheres to PathAdvantage policies, procedures, all safety plans, and all standards imposed by regulatory organizations.
  • Adheres to HIPAA policies.
  • Receive and sort mail/ fax and deliveries.
  • Distributes medical records.
  • Handle customer complaint calls and address them with managers.
  • Ensuring all required paperwork are completed.
  • Update company directory annually or as needed.
  • Perform clerical duties such as scanning, faxing and filing.
  • Regular attendance and timeliness is required.
  • All other duties assigned by Supervisor/Manager.
