We're leaders in corporate interiors and architecture, known for our innovative approach and client-focused designs. With over 30 years of experience and a team of 65 talented individuals, we're proud of the work we do and the culture we've built. As our part-time Receptionist (15 - 20 hours/week), you'll be the smiling face that greets everyone who walks through our doors. Think of yourself as the "Director of First Impressions," spreading good vibes and making our designers' lives a breeze.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a professional office setting.
- A way with words and top-notch communication skills.
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- A can-do attitude that lights up the room.
- Proficiency in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Flexibility to work additional hours as needed.
Responsibilities
- Warmly welcome guests like they're VIPs.
- Juggle incoming calls like a pro.
- Team up with our front desk squad to keep the good times rolling. Think epic office parties, fundraisers, and more!
- Keep things spick and span – because a tidy office equals a happy office.
- Master the kitchen realm – from brewing the perfect cup of joe to tidying up after our legendary shindigs.
- Keep tabs on supplies and swoop in to save the day when we're running low.
- Taking on other duties as assigned with a sprinkle of creativity and a dash of enthusiasm!
