About The Position

The Receptionist works at a critical illness recovery hospital providing inpatient post-ICU care to chronically and critically ill patients who need extended healing and recovery. The role supports patients, families, visitors, and hospital staff by providing courteous reception and administrative assistance. The position is PRN/per diem/as needed in Warrensville Heights, Ohio.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Greet families and visitors.
• Receive incoming calls and assist with inquiries.
• Notify administration of requests for service.
• Address customers in a courteous, friendly manner.
• Assist customers with requests.
• File documents, draft letters, and sort mail.
