The Receptionist provides exceptional service by greeting and assisting all visitors and answering inbound calls. This role continuously offers the highest level of service to all corporate employees and their visitors, maintaining a professional image of the company through prompt, courteous, and efficient service. As a cross-trained team player, the receptionist may assist in other SPS service areas such as mail/shipping operations, hospitality, and general office/facilities work based on operational needs to provide a top-tier customer experience. The primary function involves reception/concierge duties, including answering all calls/correspondences and providing an exceptional customer service experience for all incoming/outgoing visitors. The position also includes light facilities/hospitality work, such as assisting customers with troubleshooting tickets, helping order supplies, and stocking kitchens/service areas. The receptionist may also be asked to help set up/take down conference rooms for meetings/events. Additionally, the role requires cross-training to assist mail services as needed, which includes sorting/distributing mail and receiving/tracking packages.
