About The Position

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a plus.
  • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and basic office technology.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Professional appearance and a friendly, approachable attitude.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and welcome visitors with a friendly and professional demeanor.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls promptly and courteously.
  • Manage incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
  • Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean and tidy.
  • Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings as needed.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and file management.
