We are seeking a friendly and organized Receptionist to serve as a welcoming first point of contact for customers, visitors, and team members. Nice To Haves

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers, visitors, and guests in a friendly and professional manner.
• Answer incoming calls and direct inquiries to the appropriate team member.
• Provide basic information about products, services, and company activities.
• Assist customers with routine questions and requests.
• Maintain an organized and professional reception area.
• Receive and organize incoming mail, deliveries, and documents.
• Maintain accurate visitor, customer, and administrative records.
• Communicate customer questions and feedback to appropriate departments.
• Assist with daily administrative activities as needed.
• Help ensure customers receive a positive experience.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
