About The Position
Bergstrom Volkswagen of Oshkosh is seeking a Part-Time Receptionist to join their team. As a Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for guests, providing a warm greeting and directing them appropriately. You will also manage phone calls, offer administrative support, and ensure a welcoming environment for all visitors. This role is crucial in maintaining seamless communication between departments and ensuring guest satisfaction.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a receptionist, front desk agent, or in a guest service role is preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new software and phone systems.
- A passion for providing outstanding guest service and maintaining a positive attitude.
Responsibilities
- Warmly greet guests as they enter the dealership and direct them to the appropriate department or team member.
- Answer and route incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner, taking messages and providing information as needed.
- Provide general administrative support, such as data entry, filing, and handling correspondence, to various departments as needed.
- Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area.
- Offer guests refreshments and ensure they are comfortable while they wait.
- Collaborate with sales, service, and parts teams to ensure seamless communication and guest satisfaction.
