We serve customers around the world in industries ranging from packaging and labeling to industrial and specialty printing. We are seeking a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Receptionist. This role will serve as a primary point of contact for customers and visitors while also supporting daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Requirements
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office
- Positive attitude and ability to work independently
Responsibilities
- Answer and direct phone calls and emails
- Greet customers and visitors in a professional manner
- Maintain organized records, spreadsheets, and office documentation
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments and paperwork
- Help track orders, freight, and operational records
- Communicate with vendors, carriers, and customers as needed
- Support day-to-day office and logistics operations
