About The Position

You’ll join our Enterprise Support Services (ESS) team helping to support the important business enablement functions that keep our organization running strong. As a driven administrative professional, you will work across teams to provide the knowledge, resources and tools that help EY deliver exceptional quality service to our clients, win in the marketplace and support EY’s growth and profitability. This job posting relates to an existing vacancy within our organization.

Responsibilities

  • As the Receptionist and first point of contact for the firm, you have a dynamic role on our client experience floor, providing outstanding support through agility in ownership.
  • Welcoming visitors as an EY ambassador, promoting our core values, reputation and brand.
  • Working closely with our hospitality team to ensure all meetings, events and operations run smoothly.
  • Supporting our client floor functions as part of a dynamic client concierge team.
  • Providing an exceptional experience for clients and guests.
  • Ensuring reception area is client ready.
  • Adjusting schedule and/or working overtime if needed.
